HOW WE FLY
At birdsnest we like to think of ourselves as Wardrobe Wingbirds! We love to solve women’s wardrobe dilemmas by providing personalised styling advice, outfit inspiration, award winning customer service and a vast range of brands and sizes for all body shapes. Our mission is to help customers find the perfect outfit that makes them feel amazing - inside and out.
To make this happen we have over 150 talented people working across 14 different teams from design development, fashion buying, IT, marketing, dispatch, warehouse, our retail stores, accounting, photography, styling and customer service. Our head office is in the country town of Cooma in the Snowy Mountains of NSW.
TRAINEE PROGRAM
At birdsnest our ‘flock’ consists of almost 150 employees from all across the Snowy Mountains - this includes a number of fresh-faced trainees that we welcome each year as a part of our ‘fledglings’ traineeship program. Take a closer look into a day in the life of our ‘fledglings.
