Eligibility: 50 Words Or Less Competition (the "Sweepstakes") is only open to those who sign up at https://gleam.io/ZMVgV/50-words-or-less-competition. The Sweepstakes is open worldwide, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of birdsnest (the "Sponsor") their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
1. COMPETITION PERIOD
The Competition will commence on 28th August 2024 and will conclude on 25th September 2024. The prize value is up to $10,000 (including GST). The Promoter is Birdsnest Pty Limited (ABN 75 151 383 416) of 232 Sharp Street, Cooma NSW 2630.
The window for entry into the Competition commences at 07:00 AM AEST on 28th August 2024 and will close on 25th September 2024 at 11:59pm AEST.
Three winners will be selected, at promoters premises by Monday 30th September 2024 by the birdsnest and Department of Health and Aged Care Communication and Partnerships teams
Three winners will be notified privately by Monday 30th September 2024 by phone or email. Upon acceptance by phone or email, the winner will be announced publicly. The winning entries are entitled to one prize package only (see Prize details below).
2. JUDGING CRITERIA
There will be three (3) winners only awarded with a competition prize.
The winners will be selected by the birdsnest and BreastScreen Australia Program teams based on a ‘game of chance’.
By entering this competition the entrant gives birdsnest and Department of Health and Aged Care Communication and Partnerships teams permission to share their answer publicly on their website or social media channels during the partnership period.
3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter this Competition, an entrant must use the Gleam form to fill in their answer between 28th August 2024 and 25th September 2024. You may enter once only.
birdsnest and Department of Health and Aged Care Communication and Partnerships teams are not eligible to enter this competition or win any of said prizes.
4. DRAW AND PRIZES
Three winners will be selected, at promoters premises, by Monday 30th September 2024 by the birdsnest and BreastScreen Australia Program teams.
Gold, Silver and Bronze winners will be notified privately by Monday 30th September 2024 by phone or email.
There are three (3) prizes to be given away in total.

5. CONDITION ON PRIZE WINNINGS
All Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. The decision of the Judge is final and binding. If any Prize or any element of a Prize becomes unavailable or is otherwise unable to be provided, the Promoter may substitute a Prize or element of a Prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the relevant authorities. Winners will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the Prize or element of a Prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
If for any reason a Winner does not take the Prize (or an element of a prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, or chooses not to participate in the Promotion or claim the Prize, then the Prize (or element thereof), will be forfeited.
The draw for any unclaimed of forfeited Prize will take place at the premises of the Promoter being 232 Sharp St Cooma, between 9:00am and 5.00pm (AEST) on Monday 7th October 2024, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, and a subsequent winner will receive an email and have their name published on www.birdsnest.com.au/promotions/winners.
