We want the items you order to be perfect for you. We understand your life is busy so feel free to do things like order two sizes in a style to work out which is the best fit. Take home as much as you like, get a second opinion, try it on with the rest of your wardrobe and return whatever doesn’t work. We love turning our returns around as quickly as possible so you can get on with finding that perfect match!
Did you know that all our satchels are designed with a resealable tab? Perfect to reuse if you need to package anything to send back.

Our online returns process makes it even easier to shop confidently. If any item is not quite right follow the simple process highlighted to start your returns journey. To begin the returns process, click the button below. Otherwise, login into your Account and visit the ‘My Orders’ section. If you checked out as a guest, first create an account with the same email that you made a purchase with.
GET YOUR ITEMS READY
Items must be unworn and in original condition, with tags attached. Slips, belts and shoe boxes included.
COMPLETE THE FORM
Follow the 3 step returns process to tell us which items are coming back and how you would like to send them.
PACK YOUR PARCEL
Once you’ve completed your form, pack your items, print your return form and include it with your parcel.

365 DAY RETURNS
Yes, you read that correct - 365 days to decide! For unworn birdsnest items you can return for a credit, exchange or refund for 365 days using our easy returns process.
RETURN POSTAGE
We offer refunds for a flat postage rate of $9.95 or - if you choose a birdsnest credit your return postage will be FREE of charge, Australian orders only.
EXCHANGES
You can return unworn birdsnest items for an exchange within 365 days. You can return for the same item in a different colour, size or a completely different item.

We can provide you with a printable postage label for $9.95. If you don’t have a printer, don’t worry! We recommend alternatives to get your postage label in our FAQs.

DOING IT MYSELF
Australia and International
You can select ‘taking care of postage myself’ during the returns process. This means you have decided to handle the postage label yourself at the post office and birdsnest will not supply one. Send back your return to :

If you are returning items from multiple orders please lodge them individually.
If you require a postage label make sure to request it for one of the return orders. Postage label only available in Australia.
Then choose 'posting with another return' as the return postage method for remaining orders.
USING YOUR
CHANGEROOM UPGRADE
Australia Only
If you upgraded your order to a birdsnest Changeroom you would have recieved a prepaid postage label, satchel and returns form.
Simply select 'using your Changeroom prepaid return label' as the return postage method.
LIFETIME RETURNS WITH REHATCHED
Unlock lifetime returns and extend the life of your once loved wardrobe items when you contribute to rehatched. For preloved birdsnest items or after 365 days, you can return for a partial credit or donation through our birdsnest rehatched program.
