Parcels are flying express using the Australia Post express service. Plus, all Australian orders $150 or more will receive FREE delivery at checkout.
Orders that are received before 1pm EST on a business day are sent that day. We aim to have your order to you within 2 working days. This can be quicker if you live in NSW or a capital city and it may be a little longer if you live in a remote area.
Check express post domestic delivery times for your region using ACT as the sender. We are based in NSW but we use the Canberra network.

NEW ZEALAND

Standard Post
We deliver all New Zealand orders via the Australia Post international service for $9.95. We are required to apply 15% GST to your order by New Zealand customs. Once reaching New Zealand it will be handled by NZ Post. View parcel delivery times at Australia Post.
INTERNATIONAL
Flat Rate $25.00 AUD
Standard Post
We delivery all international orders via the Australia Post international service for $25.00. Once reaching your country it will be handled by your local postal service. Australian GST is removed from your items. However, you may be required to pay import duty, sales tax and local service fees by customs within your country. TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
Once your order has been dispatched we will send an email letting you know that your parcel from birdsnest is on it's way! The email will contain your tracking number for reference. You can view your tracking history while your parcel is in transit and when it's due for delivery using the Australia Post website
For international orders, once it has landed in the country of destination, you will be able to track your parcel using your local postal service.
